1). SWRCH= steel wire (rod) for cold heading, is Japanese steel, JIS G3507-2010 and Q/BQB517-2018 all have their grades and chemical composition specified.
SWRCH6A and SWRCH8A are suitable for the production of 3.6-4.6 standard and non-standard parts.
SWRCH10A is suitable for the production of 4.8-6.8 standard and non-standard parts.
SWRCH15A is suitable for producing all kinds of grade 4.8-6.8 fasteners and welding nails.
SWRCH18A, SWRCH22A is suitable for producing all kinds of medium and high strength self-tapping screws and standard parts of grade 8.8-10.9.
SWRCH35K, SWRCH40K, SWRCH45K are suitable for producing bolts and nuts of class 8.8-10.9.

5). ML35 is suitable for the production of 8.8 bolts, nuts, flange bolts, hex socket bolts and so on. In line with GB/T6478 "steel for cold heading and cold extrusion" specification. Equivalent to SWRCH35K.
