Based on the W bending forming method, the protrusion precision of the weld seam tends to be stable to obtain good weld quality and burr precision. High frequency welding system automatically matches and adjusts so as to complete products with higher or lower pipe diameter-to-wall thickness ratios and has a wide application range.

Roller hearth type continuous non-oxidizing annealing furnace from Han De, Korea. Adopt a roller hearth annealing furnace with high annealing efficiency, a large output, no oxidation on the surface, and a high surface finish after cold drawing.

TRIPLE DRAWING BENCH FROM KOREA

Adopt the most advanced triple drawing bench unit in the world, improving the production efficiency and reducing the material consumption; the dimension of the precise cold-drawn steel pipe is stable, with an inner surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.

FULLY AUTOMATIC HIGH FREQUENCY INDUCTION QUENCHING

The products are manufactured using advanced quenching and tempering processes with real-time parameter monitoring, achieving a post-quenching tensile strength of ≥ 2000 MPa.

STRAIGHTENING MACHINE

The Korean KTM fully automatic straightening system is utilized, with automatic electronic control adjustment ensuring a straightness of ≤ 0.05 / 300 mm. Process parameters are automatically stored to ensure excellent product consistency.
