China's Auto Parts Exports Continue To Pick Up

China's auto parts exports, which were hit hard last year by the pandemic and other factors, are gaining momentum. According to the General Administration of Customs, China's exports of auto parts reached US $36.09 billion in the first six months of this year, up 51.6 percent year on year.

In recent years, with the steady development of China's auto parts industry, China's auto parts export has achieved good development. In terms of export amount, since 2014, the export amount of China's auto parts has not fluctuated much, basically staying above $60 billion. 

Entering 2021, China's auto parts export continues to pick up. In April this year, the export amount of auto parts reached $6 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 50.7%; in May, the export amount reached $5.98 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 78.8%; in June, the corresponding amount reached $6.32 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 70%. The good performance of one month makes the export amount of China's auto parts in the first half of this year compared with the same period last year to achieve more than 50% growth.
