Quality Control
1. Raw materials: Test for chemical components, mechanical properties, and thickness;
2. The first tube: Determine the mechanical properties, tolerance of outer diameter, wall thickness, and length and take eddy current inspection of steel pipes;
3. Production stage: Spot check as planned;
4. Finished stage: Confirm the performance and length of the steel tube; Test pictures at each stage.

Ordinary surface:(FA)
Pickling or rolling surface
Minor and local defects such as pitting, concave, and scratches whose depth (or height) does not exceed half of the tolerance of the thickness of the steel plate are allowed on the surface, but the minimum thickness allowed for the steel plate and strip should be guaranteed.
A more advanced finish surface(FB)
Acid pickling surface
The surface is allowed to have local defects that do not affect the formability, such as slight scratches, slight indentation, slight pitting, slight roller printing, and color difference.

Cold-rolled thin steel plates and strips whose thickness is less than 2mm for deep stamping are commonly used for stamping complex automobile panels on automobile bodies.
According to the stamping class, it can be divided into ultra-deep drawing class (IF), most complex drawing class (ZF), and very complex drawing class (HF), complex drawing class (F).
Cold-rolled sheet steel with a thickness of less than 4mm can be divided into the deepest drawing class (Z), deep drawing class (S), and ordinary drawing class (P).
